Web Development manages the content for the Saint Xavier University websites, ensuring that the site is resourceful, easy to navigate and reflects the mission of Saint Xavier University.
This SXU website consists of more than 6,000 pages promoting and providing information about the University. We encourage you to visit your pages often and submit updates on a regular basis. To edit content on existing webpages, we ask that you become a content contributor and become trained in Modern Campus CMS (formerly Omni CMS). The Office of University Relations will not make updates to content for departmental webpages if your department has designated, trained content contributors. Please refer to our Web Policies and Procedures for more details.
Any changes done to webpages are submitted through Modern Campus CMS to University Relations for approval. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for completion/approval.

Responsibilities
Web Development will remain responsible for the following actions Saint Xavier University websites:
- creation of new webpages
- approving static webpage requests
- adding videos and pictures to webpages
We are also responsible for building bulk emails. Please refer to our Bulk Emails page for details.

University Relations can assist in the adding/changing, maintaining and troubleshooting of the institution's main website; however, each college, school, campus department and office is responsible for content as it pertains to the webpages dedicated to their area. Please adhere to the policies and procedures for the Web that thoroughly details the responsibilities for each University college, school, campus department and office as it pertains to the institutional website and intranet.
All web requests outside of the responsibilities a college, school, campus department and office can perform should be submitted to University Relations at urprojectsFREESXU.
